greetings. i'm eugene/noir and this is my personal website. i want my site to express the way that i walk through life. i hope it conjures up a sense of déjà vu, a fog of unease so thick its comforting. this is also a place to experiment with coding, although mainly HTMLCSS. mind you, this site is still heavily under construction and likely will be for a long time. i'm an aspiring artist and i love anything and everything obscure!
